Josh is a graduate of Southern Illinois University at Carbondale's acclaimed television production program, and a National Press Photographers Association workshop participant. Since 2001, Josh has won four Emmy Awards for documentary and entertainment programs shot in HD.

Josh got his start in 1995 shooting to ¾ inch tape, honing his skills in BetaSP before moving to early Hi Def and DVcam. He has been shooting in high definition since its inception, and was one of the first videographers in Denver to shoot HD. With the surge in the HD television production market in the last 10 years, Sticks And Stones Productions is proud and happy to have helped fuel the digital video revolution.

Josh has always believed lighting to be an essential element of any shoot and has continually focused on advanced lighting techniques to give a beautiful touch to every project.

Carl Hernandez has more than 25 years of experience in virtually every aspect of television production. Carl provides not only pristine audio to the project, but excellent lighting skills and a pleasant, professional can-do attitude. He has extensive multiple camera and public event experience, has won several awards, and has worked in both video and film as a sound technician.

Sticks And Stones Productions works with some of the best video production personnel in the business, and is able to provide Field Producers, P.As., grips/utility, lighting directors, tele-prompter operators or additional operators for a multiple camera shoot.
