Josh is a graduate of Southern Illinois University at Carbondale's acclaimed television production program and a National Press Photographers Association workshop participant. Since 2001, Josh has won four Emmy's for documentary/entertainment programs shot in HD.

Trained as a BetaSP camera operator through the years, Josh got his start in 1995 shooting to ¾ inch tape and early DVcam. Having evolved with technology along the way he has been shooting in high definition since its inception. With the large growth in the HD television production market in the last 5 years, Sticks And Stones Productions is happy to have been along for the ride to the digital video revolution.

Josh has always believed lighting to be an essential part of any shoot and has continually focused on advanced lighting techniques to give a beautiful touch to every project.

Carl Hernandez has more than 25 years of experience in virtually every aspect of television. Carl brings not only pristine audio to the project, but excellent lighting skills and attitude. He has extensive multiple camera and public event experience, is a winner of several awards, and has worked in both video and film as a sound technician.
